Google RailWire free Wi-Fi comes to 3 new stations in India



Google’s RailWire Free Wi-Fi Internet service is now available in three more Railway Stations in India. Starting today, the passengers in Vijayawada (Andhra Pradesh), Kachiguda (Telangana) & Raipur (Chhattisgarh) can also enjoy the fast free Internet service from Google.

If you remember, a couple of weeks back, after launching RailWire Free Wi-Fi service in Mumbai, Google brought it to 9 other railway stations in India.

This is another step in Google’s promise to offer free Wi-Fi connectivity in a total of 400 different railway stations in India. The next stations which are scheduled to get this service are Allahabad, Bhopal, Pune, Ranchi, Ernakulum Jn. (Kochi), Jaipur, Patna, Guwahati, Ujjain, Vishakhapatnam, Lucknow, Lucknow Jn (NE), Gorakhpur & Sealdah.

How to connect to Google’s free RailWire Wi-Fi Network


To connect, all you have to do is just enable Wi-Fi on your phone and then connect to RailWire network. After that go to railwire.co.in and enter your mobile number. It will then send you an OTP through SMS, which you will have to enter in the OTP box in the login screen. Just click on the ‘Done’ option and you are good to go.
