The much awaited music streaming service is finally arriving this month. Beats Music will be coming to iOS, Android, Windows and on the web on this January 21st, allowing users to stream their favourite music online. The service will charge you $9.99 as a monthly subscription. Originally known as Daisy, Beat Music will use combination of algorithms and human curation for suggesting songs to its subscribers. The company says that it has got staff of music experts who will be “hand-selecting your playlists while you stream.” This is the only thing which makes Beats Music different from other music streaming services like Rdio or Spotify.
The popular US carrier, AT&T has exclusively partnered with Beats Music to provide a new special $14.99 family plan. If are choosing the $9.99 monthly plan then it will allow single user to stream songs on three different devices, while on the other hand if you are choosing AT&T exclusive $14.99 family plan, then it will allow five user to stream songs on total of ten different devices. If you are already AT&T customer then you will get the option to try the service free for 30 days, or 90 days for families and if you are non-AT&T users then you will only get 7-day free trail option.
The company says that users will get 20 million songs to choose from and along with streaming the company will also offer unlimited downloads as long as they are following their subscription.
