Features OF Micromax Ninja 3.5 A54
Design And Build
Design of the Micromax Ninja 3.5 is quite good and sleek slim as was Ninja 3. The frame set has changed from Ninja 3 and made rectangle shaped with curved edges at corner. Seeing the front look of phone is quite impressive and seems like Samsung’s Galaxy Y. Ninja 3.5 is a handy smartphone with the 3.5-inch screen which is the perfect match.
The build of the device is good as we look from the front the device is glossy and screen shine a bit if have removed the screen guard. Above the display there are some of the common sensors and no front camera for video calls. Bottom of the screen there is three common keys for assistance of Home, Back and All tabs.
At the left side of the phone Micromax has kept the Volume Rockers and to the right there is power key for looking as well as to shutdown your device. The vertically top of phone is occupied by the Audio Jack and the MicroUSB port has been shifted to bottom of the phone.
The back panel of A54 has been kept smooth, so that users feel handy while carrying it. The back panel is like previous versions of Ninja, the camera at the top and the Brand name stamped at below side and above the Loudspeaker.
Ninja 3.5 has a 3.5-inched HVGA display of 320 x 480 Pixels Resolution and the 262 K of Colors.
Since it has the HVGA display, the display is quite impressive according to the price tag given by Micromax. The display also has some of the extra features such as Multi-touch and Pinch-to-Zoom. The A54 has only 2-point multi-touch capability, means that it will not perform the function if you touch it with more than 2 fingers at a time.
Micromax A54 has a 3MP rear snapper and no front camera. The rear camera is seemed to be good and Micromax has added some extra features like Night Mode and Multi-shot Mode. Zoom Level – 4x has been kept continued.
Video Recording with its camera is not awesome but average as per price.it captures SD videos at 15 to 18fps with the resolution of 240 x 320. There is definitely no LED Flash for dim- lighting.
Processor And RAM
Micromax has installed the popular 1 GHz Qualcomm Scorpion along with Adreno GPU which is good for usual and soft application. The processor is cocked at 1 GHz frequency and is god enough to handle a smooth Internet browsing and soft games and a bunch of app all together.
This Single core processor and with 256MB of RAM the device is quite smooth and responsive. With the 256MB of Ram you will be able to perform and the day to day activities and the usual apps and access all the multimedia functions, but don’t think that it will run all the HD games this is impossible with this amount of RAM, but making SD card your internal memory may also solve this problem upto an extent.
A54 has a Li-Ion battery of 1300 mAh, which gives you backup of 4 hours in 2G mode and a Stand By for 170 hrs. in 2G mode. However the battery backup is not good at all and when you are playing games or watching video will drain the battery more quickly.
As usual A54 also has the basic sensors available across budget phones like Accelerometer, G-Sensor and Proximity Sensor.
Micromax has given the operating frequency at GSM of 900, 1800 and UMTS of – 2100. A54 bring you a GPRS of Class 10, EDGE Yes of Class 12 for better network working. Since then 3G is still limited to 7.2 Mbps HSDPA and 5.76 Mbps HSUPA.
Along with the 3G you have the Wi-Fi connectivity with 802.11 b/g/n and extended Tethering of Wi-Fi Hotspot. The connectivity also includes a WAP of v2, a Bluetooth v2.1 with supported Profiles of OPP, FTP, and A2DP.
And the features like USB Connectivity, GPS Support of Google Maps and Audio Jack of usual 3.5 mm are available in all phones.
We have discuss a lot for Micromax Ninja 3.5 and thus, known to all its capabilities. So, we came here for the conclusion that Ninja 3.5 is the just the usual budget phone and is good enough for the price it have been tagged. This is good deal at 4.6k to have an Android as well as 3G phone.
If you have the budget of 4.6k or upto 5k then it is an option for you.
