Jennifer Aniston is the World’s Most Beautiful Woman of 2016. This is actually the second time when Aniston has won the world’s most beautiful woman tag on People magazine.

When Aniston first heard about the news, she felt like a “teenage-y kind of moment.” Talking about her journey, the 47-year-old actress told People that she started taking health seriously after an agent called her “too chubby” for a role.

"I was like, 'What?!' But my diet was terrible," she recalls. "Milk shakes and French fries with gravy [laughs]. It was a good thing to start paying attention."

But beauty isn’t only about how you look, it is actually about having "inner confidence, peace, kindness, honesty [and] a life well-lived,” Aniston added. The actress also gave her husband, Justin Theroux credit for her perfect body."He makes me laugh. He's so interesting and so interested," she added.
